I am proud that Tiddlers , in me , now has its own EYP  , and we have comfortably exceeded the Government target that all full daycare settings should be led by graduate EYP's by 2015.

This is the doctorate of daycare qualifications , and I can attest to the rigorous and demanding effort required to achieve it . It's nice to say that I have this qualification , and it is nice to be asked to make a speech and presentation to other would be EYP's , as I have done on a number of occasions recently , but actually the best thing of all is that the qualification made me think even more about Tiddlers and childcare !

 If you spoke to my husband he would probably tell you that I worry too much about how to keep taking Tiddlers forward . Like me , he has very high standards , but he tries to keep me grounded and balanced . He thought that this course was too much extra work for me , but I can honestly say that it has been of great benefit and has helped me see various things in a slightly different light .
